The joy of The Cow is that it does exactly what it says on the tin. Having the foresight to keep their menu short and sweet (the sign of any good foody establishment showing the kitchen cooks from fresh), delight in the whelks and terrine dishes on the menu. Even though you may well bump into David Beckham enjoying the chicken kiev Monday special, leave your ego at home. This is one for a hearty outing with your mates.
