Having recently been renovated from its Thai roots (nope, us neither) means this formerly confusing pub becomes an institution once again. This is the perfect Sunday afternoon hotspot to order in those pints with a trusty good burgers (build your own using either beef, pork and chorizo, spiced spinach and lentil or char-grilled chicken). If you’re keen to not get your fingers dirty, you can go all posh and book in at the restaurant upstairs.
An excellent choice for drinks parties or events, their refurbished upstairs bar does cosy with a capital C. With cask marque accredited ales, classic pub food and a handy people watching spot for when the sun is shining it’s one of our fave spots when going back to basics.
