Tom Sellers continues to wow the crowds clammering to get into his ground-breaking Restaurant Story in London Bridge. The dishes are inspired by Tom’s childhood memories; the bread and dripping alongside hay, prune and cereal all look a bit odd but don’t be fooled. These dishes are designed to provoke reactions conjuring up candles that melt into a pool of beef dripping, the ‘Three Bear’ pudding of three various oat dishes with caramel, condensed milk and honey and lemon.
