Jason Atherton – of Maze fame – opened Pollen Street Social with deserved aplomb back in 2011 and continues to impress with his simple but explosive taste sensations. Gordon Ramsey trained him well. Choose from lobster with chanterelles and Iberico ham or crispy pig’s ears with egg and black pudding. It’s not cheap but it’s well worth it. It might just secure you that business deal you’ve been after if you wow them here for lunch.
