The Gilbert Scott is a great romantic stop gap if you’re whisking your loved one to Paris as it’s right by St Pancras Station. If you need no such excuse to enjoy a good bourbon and a lingering gaze, this bar is a real classic.
Perch at the bar and peruse the cocktail menu which has lovingly updated the classics with a modern twist. Our favourite is the mince pie caprioska mixing nutmeg, cloves, marmalade vodka and ginger liqueur. You know you’re in good hands when you have Marcus Wareing at the helm.
