Head off the beaten track with TV supremo Matt Tebbutt (he of Food Unwrapped and Michelin starred fame). Arriving back 12 years ago to convert the old stationmaster’s house and pub he’s done a mighty fine job.
Not one for those precious types, take your sturdiest boots and head for a weekend of foraging learning what grows on our doorstep and returning to make a masterpiece. Or just tuck into the menu offering wild boar to cod goujons to gorgonzola pizzette. Definitely one for all.
