Son Ermita, Menorca
The first of two new sister hotels in the north of Menorca, this beautifully restored 18th century finca sits within an 800-hectare estate with three kilometres of coast. Every item of furniture and every detail is either carefully sourced or custom-made to reflect the spirit of the place. With sweeping views of hills and coastline, this boutique hotel offers just 11 bedrooms with signature restaurants, swimming pools and gym / wellness facilities.
IKOS Kissamos, Crete
Bookings are now open for Ikos Kissamos, their newest resort opening in April 2026. This is their first destination on the island of Crete, set on a breath-taking bay just west of Chania. Sheraton Hotel, Stockholm
With a full-scale 400 million SEK transformation led by GM Elin Roquet and interiors by the designers behind Soho House, the hotel is set to relaunch in 2026. Located near the Nobel Prize Museum, Opera House and Hallwyl House Museum, the hotel offers 460 rooms and suites and an all-day restaurant but will now also boast a new immersive gym and wellness area spread across three floors and upgraded conferencing facilities.
Louma Farm & Retreat, UK
Located in Dorset’s Marshwood Vale on the wholesome Jurassic Coast, this smart British farmhouse offers its own vineyard, a stable full of horses, a gym, wellness and yoga barn and 17 gorgeous bedrooms sleeping up to 40 guests. The offer is surprisingly all-inclusive, a rarity amongst British hotels, with farm-to-fork dining from ex-River Cottage chef John Long.
The Lake Como EDITION, Italy
Offering 148 rooms, including 25 spacious suites, two incredible penthouses and the jewel-in-the crown private villa, the EDITION team have reimagined this historic 19th century palazzo with refined contemporary design. Located on the western shore of Lake Como in the small community of Cadenabbia, the floating pool and private dock are particular highlights.
AMAN Rosa Alpina, Italy
