New York chic finally comes to London. With a prohibition air, The Vault is not easy to find, once you’ve popped your head through London’s oldest whisky shop Milroy’s and gone on a magical mystery tour through the bookcase. With the exposed bricks and nooks and crannies, this little gem lends itself to some intimate drinking time. With such young guns at the helm they know what works plus we’re sure they’ve been at the might fine selection of whiskies that are held upstairs.
From the guys that brought us the acclaimed Coal Vaults they seem to have a love of digging out underground lairs around London town and plying us with their scintillating cocktails. Nectarine and raspberry infused gin with lemon and maraschino, home spiced rum and pisco with lavender vinegar give us more than enough excuses to step away from the tourist scrum upstairs and leave the Soho din behind.
