Head to this lively East End hangout to sample the best margaritas in town (blackcurrant, watermelon and sea salt gives an insight into why people are running through the door to the bar). Set in Shoreditch’s beautiful Town Hall, you don’t need to expect any ceremony here when the drinks are this good.
Be careful to avoid butting heads with the Iberian jamon that swings from the bar. Bar Snacks are so exceptional it’s worth the risk. With little sharing plates of buttermilk chicken, baked leek and cheese and other fancies you’ll likely have booked your return visit before you’ve left.
