The 105 rooms are nestled into the treetops framing incredible coastal views and yet remain hidden amongst the landscaped resort, showing the true architectural skills of seamlessly blending a luxury hotel with the surrounding jungle and jaw-dropping coastal cliffs. Activities here are endless; take to the ocean to spot whales, go surfing, zipline, indulge in spa treatments, play tennis or golf or go horseback riding at the nearby Polo & Equestrian Club. Younger guests sill love the dedicated Kids Only club with its own treehouse and butterfly sanctuary.

Set to open in February 2022, Immerso has been in the planning for over 7 years. Set on Portugal’s north coast, handily located less than 30 minutes from Sintra and Lisbon, this fishing village is travel’s next talking point. Ericeira’s coast is one of the best places in the world to surf, located in the 2nd world surfing reserve (the only one in Europe). Realising the area was in dire need of a good hotel, Immerso was born and they set about creating a 5* hotel with 35 rooms and 2 suites that is laid back and yet sophisticated in its approach. Set in the valley by a windmill, you are less than a 25 minute walk along a path to the ocean and yet you’re surrounded by nature. With a focus on eco-sustainability and wellness, the hotel has a spa with treatment rooms, sensory bath, Turkish bath, sauna and a gym. Food-wise, their Michelin-starred Portuguese chef wil be creating Atlantic-influenced dishes that focus on the seasons and the local produce from their vegetable garden.
