We don’t often venture South of the river but for old school glamour you can’t go wrong with Chez Bruce. Offering foodie sensations without the appearance of any complicated foams, they have mastered relying on classic flavours with the best intentions for over 10 years. The menu is not for the fussy (foie gras, duck hearts, ceviche) but if you’re taking a fusspot they can head for the steak and frites.
