This is the place to take the old man perfectly situated round the corner from St James’s. The meat is so good you’d be hard pressed to leave here still a vegetarian but obviously we’re recommending this for those serious carnivores. The Yanks show us how its done and having a chop shop with a sharing menu is a revelation in itself. The sourdough sides are genius and try to persuade Dad to a cocktail. They’re masterful.
