The Ace Hotel

One for the boys, the Ace Hotel may see you desperately search your wardrobe for your East London attire. If he has lost his skirt from the Beckham days, no fear – they really do welcome all to this LA-inspired hangout on Shoreditch High Street. Their reason for opening here is to create a hub for like-minded, creative individuals to remain inspired. It sounds a little airy-fairy but if you’re into your music or arts, head here.

The rooms are uniform and stripped-back but this will appeal to lots of you desperate to escape the trend of 80 scatter cushions and a tea-tray. We don’t all want to feel like we’re in an Osborne & Little showroom and with turntables, Ace-curated Revo radios and toiletries from Rudy’s barbershop, he may well feel like a little re-design of the house when you get home.

The Hoi Polloi restaurant downstairs is open till late. Just as well as the DJ’s are booked in here most Wednesdays and Thursdays so grab your tipple and settle in for a night of great music.
