We have to warn of the hen and stags you will encounter but that’s par for the course and you can at least find some respite in the hotel bar and lounge, vine covered pergola and bistro., Hotel du Vin know what guests expect from a boutique hotel but what we really love here are the rooms; whopping great rooms with high ceilings (some with enviable sea views), walk-in showers and free standing baths all make for rather a romantic weekend away. Fish ‘n’ chips on the pier, romantic seaside strolls and with excellent restaurants and delis to explore (Brighton has attracted some of the finest chefs who’ve opened up here in the past few years), it’s fantastic value for money.
