Authenic with a capital A, there isn’t a dish on the Pig and Butcher’s menu that can’t be traced back to their authentic roots with the fishmonger and butcher being very much on first-name terms with their chefs. They specialise in rare breeds and you can also expect to find the surprising but rarer treats with samphire and in-house baked sourdough. Take your copy of the Guardian though to fit into the North London vibe.
