Gift ideas for those that have it all

We are well aware of the state of our finances but we’re often asked to find gifts for those that seemingly already have it all. For a bit of fun we thought we’d share some of these ideas. We all need a reason to keep on that treadmill and having seen the Financial Times’ recent ‘How to Spend It’, we can dare but dream!

Burberry Personalised Poncho

Monogrammed personalised Burberry blanket
We suspect Cara and Rosie got theirs for free but we do love Burberry’s offering for this Autumn. For £835 you’ll be relieved to hear it’s reversible so you can get your money’s worth. Lovingly made in Scotland with the finest wool and cashmere mix, it’s inspired by all things equine. Personalisation is all the rage so add your initials and stand out from the crowd.

Bang & Olufson A9

A9 Bang & Olufson speaker
If you’re the classic bachelor and don’t mind your living room looking like a NASA Space Centre then you should snap up Bang & Olufson’s BeoPlay A9 Seamless speaker. It is ‘designed to look like a piece of hand-crafted furniture’ but we’re not sure how the missus will feel about it. Apparently it’s all about bass reflex. She’ll just be relieved to hear you can hang it on the wall and get it out the way of the hoover. However she might be less pleased with the 1p change from the £1,700 price tag.

Bollocks Illumuniations Sign

Oakley Illuminations ‘bollocks’ sign
Originally produced in response to a Council planning application refusal, Philip Oakley re-jigs some of the most iconic signs having spent years working at Blackpool Illuminations. We just loved it as a gift idea for the guy who has it all. Perhaps as a 40th birthday present when he’s shown no interest in the gardening tools and insists on frequenting Boujis. With it wall mounted and ready to go, it still comes in at under £1,000. What a steal.

Baron Gun Case

Personalised Baron Green Suede Gun Case
Racing green, cotton canvas, leather-trimmed all-in-one bag seems like the boxes are ticked but throw in room for his gun and his shoes and clothes and it’s a one-stop-shop. Relying on the Scandinavians to show us good style, you can get this hard gun case with their initials etched into the leather for a snip at £40. I’m afraid that’s added onto the £839 for the case but this will be a keeper. It’s well worth it.

As a Concierge we are used to luxury gift search. We just don’t believe in sourcing gifts for the sake of it regardless of the budget you can throw at it. If you have £150 or £15,000 we feel it’s more important you take time to consider the recipient. Or let us do all the hard work for you. Please contact us for our bespoke gift selections and take your pick!
